Marlin recounts Dutch proposals as indecent

MP William Marlin breaks his silence on making further statements about the Dutch Government and the way he was treated after the Hurricane. Marlin was removed from being Prime Minister when he stood up to the Dutch about conditions placed on St. Maarten if they were to get financial help from Holland to help rebuild the Country.
